How do I reset the checkbox groups for Indexing Options on Windows 7?

If I go into Control Panel / Indexing Options / Modify and I want to add a
few of my personal folders such as My Documents, My Music, and Favorites.
I stop using Favorites, and add My Videos. Then, I want to include my
entire user profile in the index. When I check my username, Favorites will
be unchecked, because I had manually managed it beforehand. I now have a
few dozen of these situations throughout my directory tree nested deep.
Hopefully, however I can clear this checkbox caching will also clear a
single included folder "Temp" that does not focus in "Change selected
locations" when I click on it in "Summary of selected locations".
